The vision of Klamath River Early College of the Redwoods is to create healthy and sustainable communities through transformational education.

Klamath River Early College of the Redwoods uses a performance-based model.  Students are assessed and placed in appropriate levels based on their skills and ability in each subject rather than age-based grade levels.  Students move at their own pace and earn credit by demonstrating proficient or advanced knowledge in CA State and local standards.

In addition to CA State standards Klamath River Early College of the Redwoods has developed Local Standards in the areas of Cultural Awareness, Service Learning, Technology, Personal/Social Health, Career Development and Technology.
